Mouth Guard

I found this to be a good mouth guard. I bought it really for teeth grinding at night, and it was easy to mold. Some of the "official" mouth guards for bruxism are so expensive, and this was easier to mold and seems to work as well. Don't know how long it will last yet. But once you need one for teeth grinding, you know they will not last forever. I'd rather mold this twice as often and pay way less than those other ones.
