I did not like this product. The price is fine but the product its self is not good. I bought it because of the great reviews it had, and I was excited when I received it. I can honestly say that I tried it for one week,to adjust to it, but after that I threw it away. I found my self waking up without the guard with a vague memory of spitting it out some time in the middle of the night, but even though I did not sleep with it all night my teeth were hurting in the morning. Maybe I did not mold it right, but whatever the case I would not recommend this product to any of my friends.

Device is to large for my wife(the Snorer) to use effectively and caused significant jaw discomfort.

This mouthpiece moulds fairly easily (if you've ever done a sports mouthguard, no problem) and is reasonably comfortable, though it takes time to get used to the new sound of my own breathing. The only problem is that I keep waking up without it in my mouth. It does not really "wedge" itself in, even when completely fitted to my teeth, so if my mouth opens during the night, it pops off and falls out. I'm giving it 3 stars, since it will probably work well for someone with a much smaller mouth, and it does work and is fairly comfortable to breathe through.

Product is very effective. I thought there would be a steep
learning curve to it but once you pop it in your mouth, it should
do the trick. I was so careless about how I customized it to my jaw
line but it still worked.
Great product. Take note: I have no point of comparison because
this is the only one I have tried-- but it works for me.
